1. Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details and the tracking number which can be used to track the shipment.

I have checked the shipping status but , What should I do?

If you have found any anomalies regarding the shipment of your order, please contact our Customer Care team at your earliest convenience, so that the necessary checks can be carried out. If your order status is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it yet.

Do you have vegetarian, vegan, or other special dietary options?

Yes, we offer an array of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. If you have other dietary requirements, please inform your server, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Is parking available at the restaurant?

Yes, we have a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant, and street parking is also available. Valet parking is offered on weekends.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouses within 1-2 working days of the order confirmation. The times can vary according to the daily influx of orders.

Can I bring my own wine, and is there a corkage fee?

We do not allow guests to bring their own wine, beer, or spirits to our restaurant. We have an extensive beverage menu, including a wide selection of wines, beers, and cocktails for you to enjoy.

Can i change the size?

changes can only be made for the same item in a different size or colour. The exchange request must be initiated within the returns period and the system will only allow you to proceed if the items in question are available.
